Filling out one's profile with AI, how does it work ?

To support you in your preparation for the IFTM show, RX France offers an innovative artificial intelligence tool (hereinafter referred to as "AI") integrated into your exhibitor space. This digital assistant automatically completes your profile based on the information available on your website by simply analyzing the URL you provide. In just a few seconds, the AI identifies and extracts the most relevant information from your website, such as your company description, your sectors of activity, your profiles (e.g., service provider/manufacturer), your products and services, thus optimizing the visibility of your stand without any additional effort on your part. This time-saving tool allows you to focus on what matters most: creating quality interactions with the visitors at the show.

All the information extracted by our AI solution from your website is strictly used for completing your exhibitor profile, with no other purpose or secondary use. After processing, any data deemed unnecessary for updating your profile will be automatically and securely deleted. No data will be kept beyond what is strictly necessary, ensuring that you have full control over the information you share. 
 

The types of information collected by the AI to complete your profile are as follows:

• Your company name

• Your company’s website

• Your company's contact details as well as its various social media accounts 

• Information about your business activity/sector of activity

• The products and services offered by your company

All of these types of information are exclusively extracted based on the URL you provide for the pre-completion of your exhibitor profile.

The use of the AI tool allows for the collection, from your website, of the necessary elements to complete your exhibitor profile. By providing your URL, you consent to the collection of data from your website by the intelligent assistant and the publication of that data as part of your participation in the IFTM show.

It is your responsibility to verify the information in your exhibitor space, whether that information was entered directly by you and/or through the intelligent assistant. It is your responsibility to ensure that these elements are accurate and compliant. The Organizer of the trade show cannot be held responsible for any omissions or errors that may occur.

The Exhibitor authorizes the Organizer to publish, in electronic and printed form, the information provided by the Exhibitor and/or collected from the Exhibitor's website by the AI tool, on the trade show's website, in the official catalog, and/or in any other medium related to the show (visitor guides, etc.).

The Exhibitor guarantees that all content provided by them and/or collected from their website via the AI tool for publication on the trade show’s website, in the official catalog, or any other directory, does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
