My badge
Book your visitor badge via our website.
A confirmation email will be sent to you. You could print your badge 15 days before the show.
If you are an exhibitor, go to your exhibitor account.
The pre-sale price is €35 instead of €50. We invite you to book your badge via our website.
Online payment is by Visa or Mastercard.
Your badge is personal and non-transferable.
You can order badges for your visiting colleagues via our website by selecting "Register" > "Colleagues only".
For exhibiting colleagues, go to your exhibitor account.
Once you have ordered your badge, you will receive a confirmation email.
You will be able to print your badge 15 days before the show.
If you don't have a printer, you can print your badge at the show reception desk.
Printing your badge is essential for access to the show, in order to identify people at the event.

Safety protocol
The security arrangements within the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre (VIPARIS) include:
- A general reinforcement of the control teams on all the exhibition sites and the external common areas
- The search of all visitors' and exhibitors' bags at each entrance to the exhibition centre
- The presence of security guards on the outdoor common areas of the exhibition centre
