Our official partner Bnetwork, in charge of accommodation, offers you exclusive deals and assists you with your booking (group or individual).
You can leave your items at the cloakroom located at the entrance (outside the hall).
Prices:
Clothes, helmet, umbrella: €3 per item
Baggage: €4 per item
Bicycle, scooter, gyrowheel (not permitted inside the hall): €5 per item

In partnership with Joint the Pipe, IFTM is providing participants with water bottles and free access to water fountains.
Visitors: Once registration has been completed, the visitor will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to the helpdesk for requesting the visa letter. The helpdesk will carry out the necessary checks and generate the invitation letter manually.
Exhibitors: The visa invitation letter is available via the link included in the badge application confirmation email. It assumes official registration for the show and creation of the badge by the account administrator. The letter will then be generated automatically and immediately by the system.

My badge
You are a visitor, registrer online. Ticket sales open at the beginning of May.
You are an exhibitor, we invite you to register exclusively through your dedicated exhibitor hub. Your exhibitor badge will allow you to access the event before visitor opening hours.
We invite you to order your badge as soon as possible to benefit from the best rate.
The price is progressive according to your purchase period:
◾Until 31 May 2025: €35 incl. tax / person
◾ from 01 June to 10 july 2025: €45 incl. tax / person
◾ from 11 July 2025 to 22 September 2025: €110 incl. tax / person
◾ during the show 23-25 September 2025, on site or online: €195 inc. tax / person
Credit cards are only accepted.
Your badge is personal and non-transferable.
You can order badges for your visiting colleagues via our website by selecting "Register" > "Colleagues only".
For exhibiting colleagues, go to your exhibitor account.
Once you have ordered your badge, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be able to print your badge 15 days before the show.
If you don't have a printer, you can print your badge at the show reception desk.
Printing your badge is essential for access to the show, in order to identify people at the event.

Are you a travel agent or corporate buyer based in the French provinces?
IFTM makes easy your arrival and stay. We can book your transport & accommodation and take over fees, subject to certain conditions and availability.
Once you have booked your badge, you will receive an email requesting further information. Our dedicated service will then contact you to organise your transport and accommodation.
Are you a journalist, a teacher, a student or a job-seeker? Book your badge via our website > Register
Are you a job seeker? Present yourself directly at the exhibition welcome desk with your France Travail certificate.
A proof of your status will be requested.

Whether you're a visitor or an exhibitor, Everywhere uses an algorithm to suggest potential partners according to your needs and profile.
Ahead of the show, you can identify people/companies, plan your business meetings and meet people on site according to your calendar.

Digital tool - Colleqt QR Code
A browser tool enhances your show visit by letting you scan exhibitor QR codes for product info, sends an email summary of collected info, and helps exchange contact details for easier follow-up.
Please note Colleqt supports the exchange of information as initiated by the visitor. It cannot be used for exhibitors to share information with other exhibitors nor visitors to share details with other visitors.

When first using Colleqt, scan your badge to back up your content and share your details with exhibitors. Please enable camera access for scanning.
No. You can also use your phone’s default camera if you want to. All the collected information will be captured whichever capture method you use.
Colleqt allows viewing within its browser window and sends an end-of-day email with a link to access all collected information.
All information is saved in your browser; reopen Colleqt via the email link or by scanning any Colleqt QR Code. Your data is backed up online, and you'll get daily emails with this information. Avoid clearing cookies, history, or browser storage during the show.
Colleqt requires internet for the initial load of a small webpage. of <1MB size.
Designed for low connectivity areas, they work offline after the first load, syncing information once internet is accessed again.

Scanning Colleqt QR Codes shares your contact details with exhibitors. If you don’t want to share, please do not use Colleqt.
Colleqt may work with Incognito mode but it is not designed to do so. We recommend not using Incognito mode if you are using Colleqt.
Please report this to your show team contact and we will resolve it as quickly as possible
Clear your browser's cache (e.g., Chrome on iPhone: tap 3-dot icon bottom right, select “Settings”, go to “Privacy and security”, tap “Clear Browsing Data”). NOTE: this deletes your saved leads and other websites' cookies. Alternatively, switch your default browser to another app for the duration of the show, allowing a fresh start in a different browser when scanning.
On iPhone, open “Settings”, tap “Privacy & Security” > “Camera”, and turn on camera access for your browser app.
For Android, in Chrome, tap the 3-dot icon > "Settings" > "Site Settings" > "Camera", and ensure 'Ask first before allowing sites to use your camera (recommended)' is on.
The information shared by the exhibitors will remain available for at least 20 days after the show.
Digital tool - Offers
Exhibitors are invited to prepare a specific offer for IFTM exclusive to visitors.
We'll email you a link to the show's offers and might also send an SMS or notification. Watch for show signage with a QR code to directly access the offers.
Once you’ve selected the offers you want, visit the exhibitors to redeem them.
Selecting an offer shares your contact details (from your badge registration) with the exhibitor.

Safety protocol
The security arrangements within the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre (VIPARIS) include:
- A general reinforcement of the control teams on all the exhibition sites and the external common areas
- The search of all visitors' and exhibitors' bags at each entrance to the exhibition centre
- The presence of security guards on the outdoor common areas of the exhibition centre
