The next edition of IFTM 2024 will be held on 17-19 September 2024 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Pav. 1. - France.

You can leave your items in the cloakroom located at the entrance (outside the hall).

First, you need to register via our ticketing service. If you are an exhibitor, generate your badge via your exhibitor account.

Once you have requested your badge, you could download a letter of participation to apply for visa via your personal profile.

My badge

Book your visitor badge via our website, once registration is open.

A confirmation email will be sent to you. You could print your badge 15 days before the show.

If you are an exhibitor, go to your exhibitor account.

We invite you to order your badge as soon as possible to benefit from the best rate.

The price is progressive according to your purchase period:

◾ from the end of April to 31 May 2024: €33 incl. tax / person

◾ from 01 June to 16 September 2024: €44 incl. tax / person

◾ during the show 17-19 September 2024, on site or online: €55 inc. tax / person

Online payment is by Visa or Mastercard.

Your badge is personal and non-transferable. 

You can order badges for your visiting colleagues via our website by selecting "Register" > "Colleagues only".

For exhibiting colleagues, go to your exhibitor account.

Once you have ordered your badge, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be able to print your badge 15 days before the show.

If you don't have a printer, you can print your badge at the show reception desk.

Printing your badge is essential for access to the show, in order to identify people at the event.

What to do if you haven't received your badge despite registering online?

A printed badge is compulsory for access to the show, in order to identify people and various contacts.
You will be able to print your access badge 15 days before the show, via an information email.

If you don't have any printer, you can print your badge at the show reception desk.

Are you a travel agent or corporate buyer based in the French provinces?

IFTM makes easy your arrival and stay. We can book your transport & accommodation and take over fees, subject to certain conditions and availability.

Once you have booked your badge, you will receive an email requesting further information. Our dedicated service will then contact you to organise your transport and accommodation.

Are you a journalist, a teacher, a student or a job-seeker?

A proof of your status will be requested.

Please note: students have access to the show on Thursday, Sept.19th, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. only.

It's essential to complete your Everywhere profile in order to take full advantage of the features and opportunities of the platform.

Safety protocol

The security arrangements within the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre (VIPARIS) include:

  • A general reinforcement of the control teams on all the exhibition sites and the external common areas
  • The search of all visitors' and exhibitors' bags at each entrance to the exhibition centre
  • The presence of security guards on the outdoor common areas of the exhibition centre
