How do I get my access badge?
Get your pass for IFTM event online => Register
We invite you to register exclusively through your dedicated exhibitor hub. Your exhibitor badge will allow you access to the show before it opens to the general public.
Students from accredited schools may access the trade show free of charge.
Student group accreditation must be handled exclusively online.
The badges issued will grant access to the trade show only on Thursday, September 17, starting at 1:00 PM; please adhere to this date and time slot.
We invite you to contact the exhibitor you are working for to obtain information regarding access conditions for service providers (instructions in their exhibitor hub).
Registration for the trade show takes place online. Please note that obtaining a "press" badge is subject to approval by the event organizers. => Press / Get your pass
We remind you that persons under 18 years of age may not access the show except in duly indicated exceptional circumstances and/or with prior written authorization from the organizer (such as previously registered students).
- After registering online, you will receive a confirmation email. Your badge will be available two weeks before the event opens.
- Printing your badge is mandatory; we recommend printing it in advance to gain direct access to the event and avoid waiting for on-site printing.
- Your badge is assigned to you personally and is non-transferable.

Badge not received, what should I do?
After registering online, you will receive a confirmation email. Your badge will be available two weeks before the event opens.
Confirmation emails may end up in your spam folder. If you haven't received them, please contact our customer service using the contact form or by phone at +33 1 47 56 50 50, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Accessibility for people with reduced mobility
Paris Expo Porte de Versailles makes it easier for people with reduced mobility to get around. Download the access map to Hall 1 here.
Wheelchair accessible counters are available at the main entrance of Hall 1.

Need a visa to attend the show, how do I apply?
Depending on your departure location, a visa may be required to enter France. Please consult the France-Visas website to find out which documents are required for entry into France.
The visa letter can be downloaded from your registration confirmation email.

Your badge grants you access to all conferences.

Are the conferences translated?
Conferences & events are given mainly in French. 2 conferences are translated simultaneously (French / English).

What's Everywhere?
Everywhere is a free digital tool for better experience.
Whether you're a visitor or an exhibitor, Everywhere uses an algorithm to suggest potential partners according to your needs and profile.
Ahead of the show, you can identify people/companies, plan your business meetings and meet people on site according to your calendar.

Once you have booked your badge, you will receive a link with instructions on how to activate your account on the Everywhere platform. Please remember to check your spam folder.

To take full advantage of the opportunities offered by the platform, it is essential to complete your Everywhere profile.
What is Colleqt?
Colleqt is a free digital tool that optimizes your trade show visit by allowing you to scan exhibitors' QR codes to access product information. You then receive a summary email of the collected data, facilitating interaction between visitors and exhibitors. Is an exhibitor already in a meeting or away from their stand? Simply scan their Colleqt QR code.
Please note that Colleqt supports information exchange initiated by the visitor. It cannot be used by exhibitors to share information with other exhibitors, nor by visitors to share information with other visitors.

Additional Practical Information
Mandatory bag drop-off for exhibitors and visitors
Suitcases, travel bags, and backpacks larger than A3 size are prohibited on the premises.
Security personnel may take any measures deemed necessary without prior notice.
Free bag storage for exhibitors.
Exhibitors desk on site
A dedicated reception area for exhibitors will be available on site: inside Hall 1 in front of stand B04.

It is therefore important to point out that RX France group complies with European legislation on data protection (GDPR). RX France does not sell or rent its data to third party companies. The messages you receive from these companies are therefore fraudulent and have no connection with IFTM and the RX France group.
